Return Policy

Our return policy only covers glassware that is broken during shipping.

Broken glassware must be sent back in its original packaging.

A photo of the broken glassware in it’s original packaging must be provided when contacting us for a refund.

Shipping Policy

All online orders are shipped within 3 business days, unless you are notified by our staff.

Shipping is CAD$30.00 per order with a maximum of 6 items. Every subsequent order is $CAD30.00 with a maximum of 6 items.

We courrier all orders with Canada Post, anywhere in Canada. All non-holiday orders take 2-5 days.
